Once you approve, the connection is made. After the service, we verify the outcome. The garage's behavior (responsiveness, accuracy of quote, quality) directly impacts their Trust Score for future customers.

We are rolling out categories sequentially based on regulatory complexity and the ability to close booking loops quickly. Trust data must be collected in the real world before expanding.

Garage Services Live in Dubai

We are currently piloting with 10 handpicked garages across general repair, wash/detailing, and tyre/battery services. The goal is to manually prove the end-to-end relay: from customer request, to garage response, to service completion, to verified feedback.

Scale & Structure Next Step

Expanding the pilot to 20 garages in Dubai. While still operating as a manual relay, we begin structuring all transaction data—names, categories, response times, pricing, and outcomes—to form the foundational database for our AI trust layer.

Automated AI Purification In Development

Integration of the WhatsApp Business API via a UAE-friendly BSP. We deploy AI (like Claude) to parse free-text garage replies into structured data, fully automating the "purification" of trust scores based on live behavioral data without human intervention.

No. Foogu acts purely as a middleman and listing platform. We do not own inventory, nor do we operate the underlying services. We list, vet, and connect you to the best existing licensed businesses in the UAE.

When you request a service, we share the vehicle and job details with our vetted garage network, but we completely hide your name and phone number. You receive the quotes through our WhatsApp chat. Only when you explicitly approve a quote do we connect you with the provider.

Initially, we manually vet all our Phase 1 pilot garages. As we scale, our AI-Purification layer evaluates garages based on actual transaction data—including their response times, quote accuracy, and real customer feedback following a completed job.

Yes, messaging Foogu for quotes and booking services through our platform is completely free for customers. The price you see on the quote is what you pay.

We are perfecting the model in Dubai first to ensure our trust layer is rock solid. Once we have sufficient verified data and a repeatable trust loop, we will evaluate expansion to other Emirates and GCC countries.
